Musiikin.com shop for musical hifi was borne in 2007 and was from the start located in the very heart of Helsinki, Finland.

One of the founders has long experience with Linn and Naim Audio hifi from early 80's.  It was a good time finally to bring a proper single speaker demonstration shop with dedication into musical hifi to Finland.

We do listen all of the stuff we start selling and WE ARE NOT keen to sell every possible brand we could.  We only want to sell the most musical reproduction to your home.  We do our evaluations differently than other shops - on less hifi - more musical base. 

So, any so called "high end" is not fascinating us by it's nature or name but only if it can truly show enough quality in musical aspects, like tunefulness, rhythm and timing, which opens the musical drama.  Only very rare hifi can show all this with brilliance.

We are selling the best high-end hifi.  The musical hifi. Our main brands are Linn, Naim Audio and Exposure.  Also Neat Acoustics, Swans and Heed Audio.  Additionally we are keeping a wider selection of hifi especially at our Finnish web-shop.  We are able to sell many different hifi brands for exports.

We are specialised in both analogue and digital reproduction and system building.  Also multi-room.  We can i.e. receive your old Linn Sondek LP12 turntable for re-furbish and service.  And you can learn with us how to set up a modern digital streaming hifi system.

Can we sell without VAT to non-EU tourists? 

Yes we can, easily.  Nowadays it is very easy.  We will give a special invoice including customers passport number, address and signature.  And a return envelope with stamps.  After getting the stamps in export customs of Finland, our customer can put one stamped copy of our invoice into the envelope and just drop it into a Finnish post box.  Or if sent from home country, just re-stamp in with local stamps.  When we have the stamped invoice and customer's bank account number, we refund the Finnish VAT to the customer.

But this only when you export out of EU, like to Russia for instance. To EU customers we do have to sell with our Finnish VAT included into the selling price.  For EU VAT registered companies we can sell without VAT, naturally.

The Finnish VAT is 24%.  So, the 0% VAT prices are our price-list prices divided by 1,24.

Our shop is open during June-July tuesday-friday 11.00-18.00.
From August 15th to the end of May we are open also on 
Tuesdays 11.00-18.00 and even on Saturdays 11.00-15.00.

We are located in Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 25, very near
